rado What you've got here is a urethane bush to replace the original, however, the mount you have is the updated version (larger bracket and less 'air gaps' in the rubber bush).
Urethane at the firewall is terrible and you'll have an increase in NVH and vibration through the steering wheel (if you were able to use it).
The updated style mount will also have a longer service life than the original (even with a urethane bush fitted). The engine top mount is good to have in urethane as it is soft enough and the brace/arm flexes enough to have some compliance and good service life.
Delrin isnt a great material here (but fine a motorsports application) as it is too hard and transmits vibration into the cabin. If you're curious, I'll send you one, fit it, hate it and send it back.
