Scott is still providing this for us and some. Just gave me a $40 discount when shipping was only $55!
I have sent an email to Skandix suggesting a similar arrangement as their shipping cost is now 140 Euros.

They told me it's because DHL hiked their rates when pandemic kicked in. I know Germany is quite expensive to ship from but it's still pretty ridonkulous

Skandix got back to me offering to find another courier which they did.
Unfortunately the freight charge was still going to be 99 Euros. Too much for 80 Euros of parts.
No mention of any group discount options.

I was after a centre console for a 164 and a third brake light cover for my 960. Scandix had both but 140 Euros for 80 Euros in parts is a bit much.
VP-Autoparts.com have both as well.

No option for express shipping.
So far not a great first experience with FCP.
Hopefully it arrives on or before their estimated delivery date.

That happened to me last year. I emailed him a second time and got a quick response. Don't know why he didn't respond to the first email.

I placed an order around 2 weeks ago - sent Scott an email, received a response within 24 hours & the parts have already been delivered.
This is my 3rd order from FCP & have purchased Volvo, BMW & Porsche parts. At this stage have been very happy with the products & service ?
Unfortunate first experience, they've always been pretty fast for me. Their default Fedex shipping is pretty quick. Scott is the CEO of FCP so I always give him the benefit of the doubt that he's probably very busy and misses the odd email.
Anyway, sorry to hear it, hope your parts arrive soon!
Might just be an anomaly but guess we will see.
No one in the country at the moment has 16v rocker cover gasket kits so I really had no choice but to order from them.
It was a public Holiday in the US on Monday. The guys might just be taking some time off.
