How to obtain the discount

  1. Fill your FCP shopping cart with your items
  2. From the view cart page, click Begin Checkout
  3. On the next page, fill in your billing and shipping address details and click Continue to Shipping
  4. Once you see a price for both your Subtotal and Shipping in the Order Summary, you are ready to apply for the discount
  5. Copy the Order Number from your Order Summary and email scottd@fcpeuro.com and ask Scott to apply the Oz Volvo shipping discount. Include the reference number
  6. Scott will email you back to let you know he has applied the discount. Come back to your cart and you should now see a new line item in the Order Summary with the discount amount.Submit and pay for your order as you would normally

    Now am I best to split my orders so they are each under $1000 AUD or not bother? Did a search but I'm reading things from a few year ago, just want to make sure I'm up with latest and best way to go about buying from FCP to keep costs down.

    Yeah GST on arrival into Australia for goods valued over $1000 still applies. So you may or may not be caught out.

    FCP dont charge the 10% gst at time of sale. Most places dont seem to even if they technically should. Aus gov has no real way to force them to.

    I emailed scottd@fcpeuro.com to request the discount (a couple of times), but no reply. Is the deal still available? Is there a promo code instead that we can use that will do the same thing?

    @samin it should still be available, maybe try opening a support case with FCP? Scott could just be on holiday or something. If you don't have any success let me know and I'll follow it up.

    I've just done a $250 order on FCP Euro. Emailed Scott and got a reply minutes later.

    Just FYI this is still running for anyone thinking about using it. Bought $800 worth of parts and Scott applied discount as soon as he saw my email ?

    Yep used it two weeks ago, parts are already here and in the car, Scot was very good,

    I placed another order with FCP last Wednesday. Scot was, again, very quick to apply the shipping discount. The box of parts just arrived about half-hour ago. Pretty quick really.

    For those wondering, Scott is still honouring the deal and replied to me in a matter of minutes.
