Does the rear go out of alignment enough to make it worth them doing? Sort of cautious about getting them to play around with the rear in case they don't really know what to do with it and it ends up worse off.

All the ones I've found have been random brands I've never heard of before. Yes, we do. We can get Eibach, H&R or an unbranded set that come from our H&R spring supplier. Out of the bag, you'd struggle to tell the difference between the unbranded ones and the H&R ones.
Iv'e been looking into these for a few weeks now as it's been bugging me looking at the car it looks like the wheels are 'poking out ' at the top . The alignment is spot on , but still yet to put new Eibach springs on the front . Hopefully when the new springs are in it'll give me some camber but i'm not holding my breath . Its a weekend car and not a daily so not overly concerned about tyre wear so , hopefully these bolts would give me the desired affect.....
I'd do your front springs first and then look at it. You'll gain some negative camber as ride height drops.
KMac do adjustable strut tops for camber and caster.
jamesinc What, how is the rear adjustable?
Did you ever adjust the rear ?
I ask as I'm getting very slight tyre rub on the arch over bumps . Pretty minimal but when I convert the rear brake set up it uses a 3mm spacer so that'll make the wheels/tyres poke out 3mm more , hence wouldn't mind adjusting mine ..

Roll the guards a bit.
