Get a volt meter and a cheap logic probe. It will save you a lot of time.
Without codes the LH2.2 is a bit harder to diagnose.
But I found you need to source if it is a fuel or spark issue.

Injectors not firing can be the relay under the bonnet (sometimes called the radio suppression relay)
So check they have voltage.
A logic probe is good for checking things that pulse. (injectors and the hall senor in the distributor.)
You can rig up a 12volt led to do it too.

You are passing too much current on fuse 1. which points to something possibly at 464 or 135 on the diagram

464 is under the bonnet on the passenger side guard.

As a matter of course change the fuel pump relay it triggers the injector relay... 135 on the diagram.
Ive just gone out in mine when i started car standing out side of car i could hear relay click .. can you here any clicking

There isn't any clicking, littelry the relay you are talking about is non existent on this car
edit.

also suspect 135 your fuel pump relay.
Radio suppression relay will be here:

Oscar, if you want to check if the injectors are firing and don't have a multimeter or noid light, pull the rail out and put some bottles over the injectors (or an oil pan). As you turn the engine over they should each spray a nice consistent little cone-shaped jet of fuel.
Can't find the relay on the other side either
It may have been removed and/or shorted.
You will need to find the connector for it.

post up some shots along you passenger side guard.

Also be very careful if you remove an injector that is a big fire risk with your system in its current state.
Invest $10 in a multi meter.
further back passed the vacuum pump towards the hinges
sorry It is there behind the power steering fluid reservoir
Trust me I don't see any relays, I did remember the PO saying he replaced the harness maybe that's why it's missing
It is there.
In your 2nd shot. behind the vacuum pump under a wiring loom behind the fluid reservoir
my one didn't have a big red arrow pointing towards it :)
not right pull them apart...
there should be 2 relays there IIRC
