James, I'm in, but just waiting to hear from my mate to see if he is coming along too.
Following my rant yesterday, I had 'the chat' a little earlier. They were very apologetic and I simply gave them the line of 'don't lie to me, let me know upfront if there are going to be any delays and let me know straight away if there is an issue'
I stressed the need for decent and honest communication - I am pretty reasonable.
They have committed to end of next week.
im fairly confident that they'll stay true to that.

To clarify - $15 per car. If you bring a friend or family members, $15 will cover you all for the BBQ (provided you're all in the same car).
