240 PCVs are pretty easy to clean, hot water and carb cleaner and a lot of shaking (the carbon deposits will start dislodging and breaking up).
You just repeat that process until it flushes clean water and doesn't have anything rattling around inside it.
Once water runs easily through it, you know it's clear.
If the breather hose is split or the flame trap is broken, those will need replacing.
