Evan11509 yeah price is up there just hope our dollar stays high. On an S80 apparently makes a huge difference? The plan is to get a few together and ring them up and try to negotiate deal with freight.

Just be aware if it's over $1000AUD (IIRC) you'll get hit with GST when it arrives in AUS, and depending on the shipper, they may also charge an admin fee (IIRC UPS charged about$ 89)

To buy a sway bar kit from IPD its $715usd including freight so $1135+115gst= $1250aud .That's for a single unit$

So if we ordered 3 sway bars package deal at $900 usd + 420usd freight say $2100aud+200gst = $2300 , So roughly $770-$800 each from Sydney. Am I missing anything?

Anth I just know I got caught out one time a few years ago as I had placed an order from FCP Euro and a mate said "can you add this ??? to it" and I said sure…that threw it over $1000…and to top it off, FCP shipped it in 2 separate packages, and we got hit with two lots of a "customs admin fee" charged by UPS, and they tried to charge the GST for the full amount of the invoice on each package (even though it was only one order in 2 boxes). Anyway, it was a kerfuffle…hopefully things have changed a bit now but just be aware there could be some added charges.
