so I've bolted on a couple of su's on to a B23, I'm looking at running a mechanical pump for ease, does any one know if it runs a spacer and if so what width is it.

Cheers Gav

There is a spacer, I don't know the thickness though.

Well it's in a 122, I'm running twin su's on a B23 with a T5 gear box behind it, it head is mildly ported with a VX cam and variable cam timing gear. something a wee bit different

A Canadian Ford 300 / 6 woud be different and epic.

        A Cosworth 4cyl would be more fun….

        Good on ye lad.

Ex850R RS200 engine or a plain Jane coswoth engine..... both are probably unobtanium over here unless your willing to part with a 5 figure sum these days.
the car was originally turbo'd but never ran right, so went back to the k.i.s.s and given the age of the car, why the hell not. I can count on 1 hand how many times I've seen a twin Su's b23.

gavinh I'm going from memory but I'd say the spacer is more like 8mm.

Also, just checking, do you have the right aux shaft? All redblocks have an aux shaft with a lobe for the fuel pump, but on non-carb motors they don't bother grinding the lobe, it's just rough casting.

I did check that, and there seams to be a definite cam lobe there.
