As said in the other thread but to expand. No need for stealth as the carb isn't common. The engine you have is a b21 and the later ones are b23 or b230. So...

The frame and skin are repaired to a fair standard, will need some epoxy and a bit of glass to smooth it over. Have put rust converter on the insides of it before I pin it back together. There's a 3rd piece I need, but I think I'll get a local shop to fold it up

So i am hoping to get back into this project soon. Ive got a set of BA Caliper adaptors to upgrade the braking situation. Im looking at getting a wetblasting setup to strip the shell and panels. Im having a hard time finding 16" wheel options. Cant run spacers or adaptors because it needs to get past the engineering affair later on (if anyone can recommend a VASS engineer in central vic, let me know).

Suggestions for wheels welcome

Hey @ashley186 , wondering if I can pick your brain -
I've got a customer who has a pair of BA calipers and adaptors but he doesnt know what size S60 rotor he needs to make these work. He's not sure who he bought the adaptors from so he cannot simply ask and I'm pretty interested in supporting him, even though we didnt supply this brake conversion product.

Do you know if they're to be used with 286mm P2 S60 rotors or 305mm P2 S60 rotors?

ashley186 IMHO those Showster alloys look great and suit the car, they're not expensive, and have less unsprung weight than steels. Reckon I'll get a set or 2 myself.

If you're more set on specs than design (admittedly the ones you've posted are tough to beat on a 240), Koya can supply to spec.

The bootlid is 'roughly' finished. Ive put it back on the car (which isnt at my house) and found i will need to make a small adjustment.

I was hoping someone could check what the width (and the height of the back piece) of the 240 Sedan Back seat is? I am looking at new seat material and trying to gauge which way i need to run the material (but dont have the car with me).

This is not a super easy question to answer, the pieces have a bunch of contouring in them to fit around the wheel arches and panels

Edit: ohh you just want rough dimensions for upholstery - I'll go measure a back seat

Getting the fitment right is fairly easy. there's a heap of calculators that will help and you'll be able to measure everything you need to get your offset and width spec where you need it.
$4K is reasonable for a fully forged set. Rotiform have a similar looking option to the KF124 if you're ok with saving cost at the expense of weight.
Not sure if Rotiform agents in Australia will be able to accomodate a request for an exact offset though.
