Sedans will never look as good. ?
Correct... sedans look better!! and go faster.
Can you keep your cringe sedan vs wagon shit on the iroll f.b group
Ozvolvo is for constructive discussions
@VolvoMike When your ready, do make a build thread. I'd be interested to see the rest of the car if your going to the expense level of sequential box...
I thought the 850r dude was your buddy chiming in. Haha

I sold @au_850r his wagon, built the engine and performed the manual conversion. I organized the respray and even put it on ebay while he owned it.... I honestly don't have time to do build threads and my own 850R is a bare shell after a respray 18 months ago.
The track car getting the sequential is getting a built S60R 2.5 engine with rods and pistons, hi flowed K24, Do88 radiator, intercooler & RIP kit, COP & dual VVT with a Vast 4.4 and twin plate clutch. It will run KW V3 coilovers with S60R 330mm brembo conversion on the front.

Build thread or it didn’t happen ?
@VolvoMike I was of the understanding you'd need a aftermarket ecu and e-throttle for torque control, for shifting to realise a sequential boxs' capabilities?

Will use the multi purpose output in the ECU for flat shifting.
On another note, does anyone have an old 850R clutch pressure plate? I'm needing one just for the test of the M66 conversion. Or, if someone has a brand new clutch (Volvo 272218) and is looking at doing the conversion, I'll supply a brand new clutch disc they can use in the M66 for loaning me a pressure plate.
Yeah, so one of the things that is great about this forum is that it avoids the dumbest parts of FB - including the sedan vs wagon crap.
I don't have FB and don't need it. To many fake and false people so I agree totally all of that is avoided on here
@VolvoMike would a new pressure plate for an m90 be suitable? Im pretty sure one of my customers has one left over from a 740 manual swap

Possibly. My 20 valve NA car has a 230mm clutch disc and cover but need a 240mm pressure plate like the 850R has.
I'm pretty sure he ended up with a Franken-clutch setup. Flat redblock flywheel with upgraded falcon pressure plate and 850r clutch disc. He's going to dig it out for me today I'll let you know
