God I'm glad i got rid of them radiator connecters for the internal coolers! Pain in the ass! I do like your ally radiator tho.

This one is a 4 row radiator , thought I'd go all Ali again

Yes mate .

The cooler line clips and o rings should be considered 'single use'.

They're not massively expensive new as genuine Volvo parts though, so just good practise to either have some handy or even just assume that you'll be replacing them when you pull the radiator or intercooler out.

DId you ask Mark? He buys Volvo parts from his TAME VOLVO DEALER PARTS GUYS and can get from all over the world via Volvo so you get 2 year guarantee on all the parts he gets you........
And as other said , convert convert , its just a matter of looking hard at hydraulic fitthings.

I did ask Mark last year about converting to manual but I've not done anything about it so far . Too much on me plate atm mate

rado I meant the cooler clips , all this upheeval has my posts confused (as if i need more but , reall DGAF.)
I just put quality cable ties on my cooler clamp/clips/whatevr the stupid fuck things they are that no other car maker used ever......And advice , USE NEW "O" rings no matter what , yours are fkng ancient like me.

Finally done the rear 4 pot 330mm conversion today , with our legend Ash to the rescue .. satisfying job with the outcome....

I don't think I've bleed the brakes properly , little bit squishy till about half way travel on the pedal then they work extremely well. Bit hard on my own

Question for y'all , should I bleed them with the car running or off ?

I've only ever done it with the car off.

I've never bled one with the car running.
Check for the obvious stuff first, to see if you have any leaks, particualrly if you've had the calipers apart to refurbish them or paint them etc. Check the rear hard lines as well in the event you have a small crack/split near any of the fittings where you re-shaped them to fit the Brembo S60R rear calipers.

You shouldn't need the car running , but 2 people make bleeding brakes alot easier.
May pay to take the car to brake specialist and get fresh fluid through the system

Make or buy a pressure bleed kit?
Do a gravity bleed where you crack the bleed valve and let drip for some time. I've seen YT lads do it but no info on it apart from top up MC as it bleeds out.

I'm a two people to bleed kinda guy, personally.
One running around the car and the other pumping the pedal.

Cheers guys , I pumped around 2 litres through the system last weekend . I may give it another go over the weekend. All wheels off job I think as all calipers have two bleed valves.
That leads me to this question...... as each caliper has two should I do both at the same time ? Or one then other ?
I'm off to buy a new battery mine has had it

Made contact with VA5T this week at last , soon be here ..
