I've just got over the weekend of hell changing the radiator (3rd one) . I thought it'll only take me a couple of hours not 2 days lol . When I eventually got it all in and topped up I fired it up and both the engine and gearbox coolers leaked . Turns out the connector that bolts to the radiator there were no o-rings and leaking from there so i found 4 and fittedthem ....

Happy days no leakage but the four clips that hold the hoses on have seen better days , so a thread on here and a forum member to the rescue .
Oh to top it off , I closed the bonnet for a drive then opened it and the cable to the left hand side popped off and wouldn't release , that was the icing on the cake ?
The v70xc is suffering coolant loss atm and I'm pointing the finger at the heater matrix old and blocked another on the way so hopefully that'll fix that thing . Really getting board of that one , hmmm .
