Had a reprieve from the rain and dived in the parts shed and took off the front left handle
@242GT no red lights mate , I'll take a spare if you have one mate ?
So , here's a shot of a back with a front and you see the difference in length
Then I took the hook off the spare
Grinded the v70 a little on the black one
Then slide the hook over it lengthening it
Got a split pin to secure it all
Looks crap I know but works , I'll make a mk2 later before I paint them. The only thing is being a rear the 2 holes securing it to the door are in a different place so I drilled a hole in the right place to hold it
It's off again now but I know it will work .
