Some wins and some fails today , clock just ticking over to 195k , 4000 since cam belt service so changed the oil . Didn't look good at all, very black

While at that I changed to an up rated dipstick . 20 minutes apparently. It's about the 5th time I've taken mine off for various reasons....doesn't get any easier lol bit tight down there .
So back to the srs light , I bought one of these ....
......to bypass the system. Nope didn't work so off with the wheel and dash pad and took out the bulb in the cluster , done ! While the pad was off I literally touched the plastics between the pad and windscreen and more breakage
I'm Thinking of getting a sheet of 6mm cardboard and make something, route out holes for ventilation and painting it soon as they seem impossible to find .
I'm Liking the grill with new badge , old original was looking a bit sorry
I have the three other engine mounts at last and some more suspension parts here at last and odds n ends to fiddle with so might do the engine mounts tomorrow weather pending , been a bloody wet couple of weeks here . Floor in shed is soaked so was mopping that out this morning ?
