When you have 50,000 tracks on a USB stick you dont need cassettes or a 5 disc changer , make more room in the back , ditch it , get a big amp or two , get a small single DIN H/U that has digital radio and plug in the USB , doesnt need to be in glove box if you never touch it , stick it in back of the H/U and forget. If it has B/T you can stream from phone , Spotify or some such , surely you are not 76 already and cant work a phone? Geezo man! My bro inlaw is that old and does it just fine! ( must be a sassenach thing?) hehehehe , im Scottish if ye dinnae ken!

Hhmmm , it's a good argument ( for a better word ) and good on ya brother in law at 76 . I'm just not into it Snoop. It doesn't interest me in downloading . Just turning 50 next month and still buying vinyl lol . Just bought never mind the bollox on vinyl ....... but I digress , the cd changer in the boot doesn't take up any room and I still love the old head units from the 90s etc . I'm not for nor against just not for me but willing to give this sd card HU a go ....maybe ?

Yeah , im preaching , whaddayah do..... I was always wary of tech but children require it so i had to kool tec guy as well and i really enjoy delving into it on the physical builds and repairs level , the data side and processes is way beyond this dumb boilermaker

I just used the 850Rs original HU, bought a Stinger that uses the radio arial input, tuned to 99.9 on button 6, then downloaded my favourite songs to the phones music app, then just paired the two via blue tooth on phone and play my songs.

Car stays original, Ive read on these forums that there's a good thing called Yatour that works even better.

Stick with tapes n vinyl n CDs. When you die you give them to your mates/whoever - when you die with spotify AppuL whatever in your computer you cannot leave them to anyone. the big bruvva takes em back. The unfortunate thing is i have to drive through my garage to get to the shed lol , the car just slides through luckily , also a good job i have a smaller shed that is now full of body parts ? . I need another shed for the garden stuff now .....

Bit of an update then on the interior , at last .....

Went around yesterday morning and watched him make it , looks great

Also changed the rear one , got rid of the child seat

Hmm pictures are coming out sideways ?

Been messing with vinyl paint again and painted the sun visors and front grab handles...

Been trying these as well

V70 handles , tried the front passenger side last night and as the 850 front has a lock and the v70 doesn't they are different in length for the hook to hook onto the lever in the mechanism . I'll figure it out ...

Also found another clarion head unit slightly updated one and more black and grey than the silver one . Hopefully it all works and it has blue buttons so it'll tie in well I'm hoping .
