The filter and catch can setup sounds correct. Though if you are after that whoosh sound I think putting it inside an airbox might muffle it. Well that's an assumption anyway.
I paid $30 for a set of 5 die burrs of eBay. After 3 or 4 hours in a throwaway drill their still almost brand new. However Tim and James are incorrect. Using a file presents more control then using power tools, and you won't take THAT much longer going that way either. I would give it a whirl.
Hahaha yeah I might not use airbox. That way the pipe or airbox are interchangeable anyway. Good point I’ll give the files ago anyway because I’m literally broke..
