Ok so from the centre of the hub out to the furthest edge of the caliper is approximately 172mm
Pictures for clarity of what I measured. I used other bits and pieces to square things up as I determined the measurements but only had so many hands to also take a picture with.
It is approximately 92mm from the centre of the hub to the main part of the caliper body that would be closest to your wheel.
At the same point as above, the caliper is approximately 108mm from the surface were the caliper mounts to the strut tube.
Let me know if you want any other measurements. These measurements are with FD calipers. People typically use FC calipers but at least visually they seem to have approximately the same limiting dimensions. There is lots of confusion online around the actual differences between FD and FC calipers but ultimately they are reported to be interchangeable and they seem to be from what I can tell.
