I know this is an old thread, but I just drew this up today to have a go at 3D printing a couple. Asking a mate to see if he can print me some this week. Fingers crossed. The forum didn't let me attach .stl file because the type of file isn't allowed here.

Tried to upload it to one of those file sharing online things. Just thought if this works would be good to have a file available for others.

Hey mate,

I've reloaded the file again. This was literally the first file I've ever made and I've come a fair way since then. I ended up getting a 3d printer and it was the first thing I printed. The software repaired it because the first print failed, but it filled the holes where the screw and washer fit. I just drilled them out and it did the job. Let me know how you get on.

As an indicator of what car grade filament costs, I had a big printer company do some front door 240 5.25” holders.
I initially put 10 pairs in the cart in reasonably priced filler medium.
When they knew what it was for they said it will melt or break , not suitable for car.
The 10x cost was $120 odd .
The new cost was $140 odd FOR ONE PAIR.
It ain’t a cheap method at ALL.
It takes forever as well….
