Update! Finally...
Lots of parts in the shed waiting to go on, not a lot of time to install them :(
Bought a EL falcon sway bar, but not a stock one. This is Whitelines thicker version! (30mm) For the front of the 240
Seems to fit, just need some advice with the D shackles as they are to skinny to fit the bushes that come with the bar. :/
(Looking for a 23mm rear bar, hit me up)
Got Gaz front coilovers + adjustable mounts from
@AshDVS (cheers) and installed them with new wheel bearings, LCA ball joints and brake lines. I chose a 400lbs spring, which Ash thought was reasonable keeping my daily/weekend drift car plans in mind.

(It’s a bit too low in that picture, scrapes on stuff easily)
Need to mess with the dampening adjustment to get a feel that doesn’t bounce you up and down.
Also going to get some suspension arm spacers soon to help with the bump steer/undesireable position of the lowered vehicle.
Think I’m gonna go with an E-locker for the differential, something switch mounted that can be turned on and off (I’m not about that weldy life sry)
Thoughts?
Bought basically all the base manual conversion parts (new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel bolts) now just need to pull apart the parts car to see how everything goes together.
Also bought an early front end from
@pigdog, still need to source the fenders and bumper and all that to make it fit my 91. (Hit me up if you got em ;) )
Some more parts for future updates have also arrived but we will see when I get time to put them on.
