Isn't the m66 clutch friction plate 23tooth?
Which would mean you have used the falcon XA-EA and EB 3.9lt friction plate with the volvo/ford spec pressure plate?
Any reason why you didn't use the falcon spec hd pressure plate and re-drill the holes?
Definitely cheaper than focus spec clutches. And rated for some 7-800hp in the HDCB spec combo.
Whoops sorry forgot to mention that
I already had an extreme clutches single mass flywheel and twin plate clutch kit yes indeed there is an issue with the splines but as I'm doing the internals of the box I'm changing to a 28 spline anyway also I contacted extreme clutches and spoke to their tech department they will make up discs for their clutches to any spline you require with out extra charge when you buy a kit from them. they are very keen to assist with engine swaps.
As I already have a kit all I'm buying is two clutch discs.
The clutch I'm using is rated to 1200nm
Comes with a billet chromoly flywheel and concentric slave and I don't have to re drill anything all for $1400
There probably are cheaper ways of doing things but in the long run if I can buy something off the shelf that's good quality, Australian made with warranty and the manufacturer is willing to assist me in making the changes I require I'm going to do it so I can spend my time on parts of the build that I can't source, sometimes it's not about the cheapest way of doing things it's about being smart with your time... as Im at work a lot and also have a home life to live as well my time I get to spend on the Amazon is precious I'm not keen on having a build that takes years to complete. As the saying goes time is money.. so I'm happy to spend coin in some aspects and use the time I save to fund the build.

Awesome, that sheds some light on the subject. Definitely a smidge more coin that's for sure.
For the sake of saving $1000 using an every HDCB with a concentric slave/throwout bearing for the same sweeping diameter clutch 6 holes drilled. Might be food for thought for the future?
We did this for two reasons, sweeping size increase by more than 1" increased HP/torque ratings (even with the oem Ford spec unit) and parts availability in comparison with the Volvo units.
The bonus, was even with the higher spec heavy duty cushion button (HDCB) set up it was still a couple hundred cheaper than Volvo spec units.
Just quickly what's the thoughts behind a 28spline input shaft? That's not m66 not falcon/mustang spec?
