Thats because you've gone with a mixed set in the LCAs with urethane in one and rubber in the other :)

I need to take it for an alignment. Lowering it has led to it being toed-out. As soon as you start to turn the wheel it bites! Kind of fun though, especially with manual steering, makes it much easier to chuck it into a corner.

What's the recommended toe for a non-power rack 240?

0 total toe to the tiny-ist bit of toe out
Will be nice and responsive without being darty at speed when trying to cruise

.35 i believe is the perfect lash but that being said I lashed for .3 and after a few k's it always opens a few mm.

I'll re-check the values next weekend. 0.35-0.40 is the Volvo spec for lash, which is fine by me.

I don't know if this is obvious or what...

My 244 didn't come with a boot light, but it had a cutout in the boot lid the same shape as the cutout for the bonnet light.

Interestingly it also didn't come with a bonnet light. At pickies on the weekend I snagged two, and fit both. The rear one goes onto fuse 6.

Looks good! They are really bright if you take the time to clean all the dust and dirt out of the housing.

It will take me a while... Should have it all done before the year is out. Have to get a bunch of bits from Sweden, and possibly will source a second B21 so I can do it all on the stand.

Some of the carby bits - choke cable and so on, and a new mechanical fuel pump.

I only took a quick look, but it came with two turbos and two manifolds. One was a Garrett on what I believe is an R-Sport manifold, and the other was a TD04-12b or 13c on what I think is a regular -89 manifold.
