+1 for KL Racing but I had to go out to their bloody warehouse in the middle of nowhere to pick the stuff up!

Also, the admin lady at KL said they are working on a full English version of the site - they've just had trouble correctly translating their ~4500 part catalogue.

I can offer +1 for FCP Euro, I just had some parts that shipped to Kingston Tasmania from the US in 8 days and at a really decent price !! I have had stuff that has taken longer to get from the mainland! Have also had generally good experiences with Volvrek, I guess dealing with them at a distance hasn't necessarily helped the relationship (they still don't seen to recognise me on the phone after 12-14 years)...
I'm more than pleased with www.volvopartswebstore.com
They source from Volvo Dealer Parts Nationally in the U.S. You cant beat the prices and shipping is very reasonable. They're knowledgable and communicate well.
I'm about to completely rebush my 960 wagon. All of the rear bushes (and there are quite a few) cost less than just two front and two rears from Volvo AU. and the shipping is $75.

Always found berrys good to deal with when I lived in melbourneVee_Que;7617 wrotePositive for voldat and Berry motor group.
Being on the Peninsula, everything is slighty less convenient. I have a lot of repect for Rob at LRH Automotive in Frankston. He's a Volvo guy. He does however drive a very well sorted, Red, 5.0ltr 240 Wagon (2FORTY). Very organised, fastidiuosly clean workshop. Honest & straight up. Trained up to latest Volvo Service level Only problem is, you need to know you've got a problem several months in advance! He works alone and will often quote 4 to 6 weeks to bookings. Always busy with many long term clients prepared to wait.
I also use Masons Volvo in Seaford on occasion. These are the Volvo Service Centre guy's that took over this workshop, when Mason's Volvo franchise was taken over by a Dandenong (??? if I recall correctly) Dealership several years ago.
And, of course, Voldat are excellent from my experiance. They have worked on a few of my older Volvo's. Major and minor works.

+1 for CVI Automotive. They'll happily talk to you in English if you e-mail them.
I've had the pleasure of dealing with Stephenson's Auto Repairs in Nerang, QLD over multiple occasions and have had many frank and detailed conversations with Frank & his son Billy over a period of 2 years now. They are purely Volvo specialists. I live here in Victoria however I've supplied them with multiple items and have had zero problems with them. They are in the same area as Hinterland Volvo (a major wrecker in the area)

If anyone needs carb bits, this mob has bought up the equipment to make basically anything SU/Zenith/Stromberg.
http://zenithcarb.co.uk/ or http://sucarb.co.uk/ or the not quite as useful but good for completeness http://amalcarb.co.uk/
They also do StayUp floats which are a continuation of the designs of aeroplane carb floats that are designed so they don't take on fuel over time.

There are two places I've come across locally;
http://www.precisionintl.com/ - different to the precision listed in your first post. Good for engine related parts
http://www.imparts.com.au/ - wide range of parts at very good rates.

+1 for EziAutoParts (Australian!) They were nice to deal with. Their website is a bit annoying at first because everything is just listed by supplier code, but once you work out how to use the supplier catalogues feature you can work it out easily enough, e.g. 240 heater core hoses are CH1905 and CH1906 and 240 ball joints are BJ2025 and BJ2026 and tie rod ends are TE553R.
