rado does this remote not work with the 810 radio in your photo?

    • rado replied to this.

Johnno_ Looks the part in person, happy with the results. i have a couple of other items in mind that i must get around to purchasing

One of which is an all black RIP kit but this goes against my philosophy to keep it 'factory' but it would also compliment the tune and perhaps my turbo pipes are tired and worn out anyway,

The one for sale ? Apparently that one works on the 801 not 810

morch_66479 Was factory on the 94 T5 models, got updated in 95 due to ice build up issues folk lore has it🤷

        Silly question alert:
Why doesn't the original T-5R pouch fit in the little slot in the glovebox?
I've removed all files from the pouch and only goes in a little bit and gets wedged.
I've also tried rotating 90 degree - it goes in but they glovebox door won't close.

Surely this should just fit in without any issue?

I've never tried mine , I keep it safe in the house..

They won't hold much paperwork if you want them to fit , just put basic factory and purchase paperwork in them they'll fit ok

242GT yea your right but in the original post is problem with mine is: it doesn't fit even when i remove all the paperwork.

Is it embossed with T5-R top right corner

242GT sure is. The original T-5R service pouch

A few more little updates, more parts arrived from GCP to sort out more little details. The other big job on the To Do list is to replace the rear main seal. I was under the impression that the entire engine and box would need to be dropped and thought it would be a good time to install this japanifold i picked up but just found out the engine isn't being dropped. Need to figure out how awkward of a job it would be to replace with engine intact? Anybody ever done it before?

More Resin 3D printing of NLA parts - door lock bushes and wiper shaft covers.

Not sure of the long term durability of these parts but happy to print and sell some on if anybody needs? It took some time to get the resin mixture correct to have enough flexibility etc.

Side trim removal - degrease, wash, polish.... that's better!!

I discovered more excess wiring in the ceiling, it was scotch clipped into the rear boot light harness and ran up above the RR door. No idea what it was used for as it just came to a dead end.
