How would you guys fix this? Would you cut the whole corner off or something else? Rusty at top of this panel also were trim fits.

If it was me I'd find a good back of a 240 cut it weld it paint it repair it

I was thinking of doing that. I have an almost rust free complete back end.

    Philthy be alot neater but near enough the same work but longer but will last better

      Yeah cutting a replacement section from another 240 is what I would do as well. Would of course be possible to shape it out of a new flat sheet but that takes a fair bit more skill.
