I love that wheel style, but yeah, those are going to need a full re-furb. One looks like it has a buckle in the rim. Not a huge deal, but I'd factor in at least another $1000-1500 to completely refurb them including straigtening, re-welding beads and painting.

It cost me $1,200 to restore a set of Virgos so these would be roughly the same to do

Yeah, I’d like to hold onto them but need the cash. Much less than that price it’s not really worth selling them. I’d take $800Aud plus post if anyone is keen.

I didn’t notice a buckle or flat spot, will have close look

This is what I saw, but it may just be a chip in the paint after I zoomed in and had a closer look.

Just my crappy photo. Here are better ones…no buckle or major rim damage. They will def need refurb to look perfect, but I personally do it yourself!

hi Rich Gt … are the wheels still available?

    Joe

Hey Joe, Yes, I gave up because the shipping cost is crazy and NZPost has become a joke. If you can find a way via DHL or fedex etc, I’m happy to do it

    hi mate,

apparently no one will ship wheels with tyres.

    Joe

No tyres on them. It’s the post-virus BS pricing world that’s the issue

Airfares to Auckland aren't that expensive, maybe to avoid paying Gerry Harvey Tax they could be smuggled back anally?

They're among the sets of wheels I'd have chosen if I could've found some for a reasonable price 20yrs ago ...
