Berry Motor Group keep a lot of spares for 240, they buy in bulk from Europe and America and Uk.
Anything I have needed for three of my 240s has been on shelf.
*note that they cover a lot of online forum and FB parts requests but calling is best method not relying on messages here or even on FB .
I 've been trying to avoid them unless really necessary. Always like reaching out here to to try share money with people that might hold stock/spares rather than going to dealer/garage straight away.
Unfortunately, no longer available.
Darn, I've sourced one 2nd hand from the I Roll Volvo Page.
The one I sourced from Michael Furner was too short. Now I have a few cables sitting on the bench and none of them work :-/ Darn it!

I'm going to remove my original one again this evening and measure it properly just to confirm we're right with dimensions before committing :-)
@morch_66479 I found the one I had spare but unfortunately it is not usable, the sleeve has broken pretty badly

So this is the original cable I'll be replacing. I also need a Phillips head screw as I dropped mine (pretty fussy and would like to replace it with original)

Got one from @Sly240wagon and it was the correct length, what a journey but thanks for all your help
Only thing i noted was the correct cable had a yellow and red bands as per photo. Not sure whether this marking signifies the longer version?

I'm looking to get cables made for our RHD cars. Need samples, and also collective wisdom on which to get made up.
Are there any cables that you think would be needed? Those we are thinking of are:

1272898 1980-1992 fuel injection K-Jet
1389096 1985-1993 fuel injection
