Balance needs tweaking, no doubt.
The work-for-the-man role is necessary but unfortunately they wont allow me to work for them 3 or 4 days a week, leaving me time (during a sensible window) to do the other stuff.
Right now, due to its reliability, the work-for-the-man is a requirement though.
Outside of that, the DVS, 61motorsport and race car stuff has it's peaks and troughs though, but my attitude of taking the race car work when I get it probably needs adjustment (or potentially dropping altogether).
