I would think so. Really depends on wear, the age of the car, how its been used, what suspension is under it, etc.
R models with firmer spring rates, lower ride heights and lower profile tyres are fairly hard on suspension bushes.
A 850R with 150k on it feels much older than a T5 with the same kms.
Mine is only a T5 and was all stock, but it has high kms.
These were visually worn but probably not worn-out. The bushes at the other end, labelled 'Transverse arm mounting' in the diagram looked fine, but we didn't have them in stock anyway (otherwise would have changed them).
With these replaced, it'll likely be easier to align too.
Given the bulk approach to the rear end, I wont be able to pinpoint the effect of replacing individual items on this car - but, we've had a couple of 850/x70 cars before this so that doesn't matter.

So yes, they are cheap enough so why not.
Worn bushes here would likely have an effect on static toe in/out when they measure it on the rig at the wheel alignment place.
You could probably set alignment on the rig to counteract this a little though and get better tyre wear when the car is on the road.
In theory, you might dial in more static toe-in, with worn bushes here, it'd likely more toward toe-out when moving in a forward direction.
That said, I don't know how much it'd change on the road and I don't know how much max adjustment there is at either end of the scale.
Probably easier to just replace the bushes!
