Checked pfv
Nup, not even brake light switches.
Parts for older cars getting thin on the ground.
My Mr2's 91 & 96 getting hard to get parts for. Had to get new air con lines custom made to suit the only condenser I could find from the states. Even speedo cables hard to find, had to dig really deep.
x70 is same part. Both P80 cars.

I know it's the same part.
It's just not available
look below & see what I mean

There are sensors for the P2 platform but require a wiring hack due to different plug

Other option is the generic ATE sensor also requiring less of a hack
I've yet to have to replace one, but I do keep about 10 used known working ones in stock just because I refuse to throw away any sensor or relay as I'm parting cars out (everything goes into a labeled bin)
Mike , maybe the stored ones need to be soaking in fluid to keep that seal wet? I don't know but thinking once they have been used they may shrink. Mine failed at around 220K. Ran for a long time just topping up with a big nappy wrapped around it .. ......
They are all in ziplock bags for just this reason

Otherwise maybe one off a p2 volvo would be more reliable

Anyone know if a P1 sensor works?

Do you need a P80 one?

I’ve got one I had put on new but car died so I saved it.

Ex850R if Rory doesn't want your P80 one I am happy to take it off your hands Les.

i should be fine if @TL_V70 wants it, i have a smashed 850, but i haven't parted it yet, so hesitating on removing the pressure switch. Should have a P1 pressure switch with the plug if they use the same setup, otherwise i should have one off an 2014 xc90, not sure if its the same setup tho.

Ex850R Thinking i might just glue the hell out of the plug to reduce the leak, then when i go to replace just cut the plug and solder a p1 or p2 plug on. Even if i do end up replacing it with another 850 pressure switch, probably be good to replace the plug anyways considering the terminals have been soaking in corrosive brake fluid.
