I'll be interested to hear how it fits, I know Forg had fitment issues with his recovered dash.
The mounting points for the 73/74 dash are three dowels on the front metal section which plug into the firewall below the windscreen, and then there's a series of front-facing metal plates which screw to the underside of the dash top. These in turn bolt up to two metal brackets at the A-pillar. Since the padded section is only the top part of the dash, I don't foresee having any fitting issues.

Did the renewed dash fit?
I haven't installed it yet, since I'm waiting on a new heater unit gasket, a pair of new demister ram ducts and a new speaker grille from Mother Volvo in the US. Plus the car needs to have its windscreen removed to fix rust, and the body painted before it's all put back togetherbigal;60799 wroteDid the renewed dash fit?
However I've sat it in there for a test fit, and there's no problems.
