Just a heads up to everyone. I found and purchased from Lseat 3 weeks ago May 17, 2021 and received them June 4, 2021. I am in the San Francisco Bay Area (I found Lseat on my own, not on this site). Anyway, Lseat has LOTS of complaints from customers, and I can now understand why. I ordered a PAIR of black 850R front seats ($349 US + $29 shipping US) and they are 'clearly' pictured with alacantra/suede center sections on the website. I think they are a bargain at this price. I do not know how the other Oz Volvo got the rear seats - they are not listed on the site.
When they arrived, they were made from all one type of leather (see picture). No suede/alacantra centers. Also, please note that only the seating surfaces are leather. The rest is vinyl. They DO look good though.
Long story a little shorter, here's where it got weird. I wrote a 5 star review on their site, at the same time I contacted them about the problem with the order, in the hopes that they would work with me on a solution. Shortly afterwards, I received an email from Lseat thanking me for the review and asking me to write additional reviews on "pissedOffConsumers.com" and some other site. I had not heard of pissedOffConsumers, and when I read the reviews, found the horror stories from buyers. Lseat continually makes mistakes with orders and always blames the customer.
I contacted Lseat, and he got back to me the next day. He said I ordered them wrong, and that I needed to select the 'two tone' option for an additional $40. Nowhere was this indicated or clear. When I tested it by acting like I was creating a new order, there is no way you would know what you were ordering. The site is pretty bad/rudimentary. He's refusing to do anything about it. I gather that English is not his first language, so there is a bit of a communication gap too.
I think it's possible to get what you want, but you need to add comments in the 'comment' section, and then probably send pictures of what you want them to make after placing the order and according to him yesterday, select the 'two tone' option. That's $389 US for a pair of front seat covers. Still a good deal.
Elwood wants about $500 US per seat.
