So don't need a bigger diameter bar, just have proper adjustable end rods and dial in the body roll that way?

No the solution to snapping the end links is spherical joints.

      "Hello Daniel,

Thanks for the email. This Sway Bar Kit is scheduled to get back in stock on August 13th. Unfortunately we can't guarantee that the parts will be back in stock on that date because we've had so many delays"

      Straight from ipd

So looks like the cheapest I can get this for you would be a 20% discount and would put the Sway Bar Kit at $311.96. Unfortunately I can't do much more of a discount than that, but when you do order these just mention the "ozvolvo" member thing and the quote I gave you above.

      You're welcome gentleman.

That's the iPD kit, front and rear, in USD plus shipping?

IPD 7/9 Sedan kit, not inc shipping which is around 195$ usd. So still under $700 landed which isnt bad in the scheme of things

$312 USD plus shipping is a bargain! Well done @nugget_940 for securing that deal.

Came to $690 AUDwith paypals exchange rates

Do you find that paypals rate gives them more cash? I looked at them when i noticed they change even Australian purchases to USD before charging it to you........Very suss.

Arrived on thursday afternoon, installed friday.

Corners flat as now, very very stable. Consider that suspension sorted!

Got mine yesterday and installed them this afternoon.... I'm completely blown away by the difference. Feels like a different car. For some reason they would only give me a 15% discount even after emailing several customer service managers, but I did get them to ship it for free to a friend in California and he shipped it with Fed Ex for $78. If anyone is on the fence over whether or not to update these sway bars, best upgrade to my 940 turbo wagon hands down.

Damn nice job mate! I could have saved myself a fair bit on shipping if I knew that! What other suspension mods are you running?

Yeah, not sure what's going on with IPD's shipping rates. Now that FCP has that 50% off shipping, it's almost cheaper than having something shipped interstate. I am running Bilstein B6's and finding them very harsh... might just go back to stock instead. Also replaced a ton of old bushings with SuperPro, which has made a huge improvement in firming everything up. Heavy duty springs in the back, mainly because I haul a lot of stuff for work. Also have a IPD lower chassis brace fitted.

          5 days later

All poly will make everything too stiff from non compliance.

The b6s in a 7/940 almost bring the ride to a modern sedan for firnness

Hated the B6’s- didn't work on my wagon at all.... I put the new bushings on before I got the B6's and the car felt great. The ride was a bit more firm with the Superpro poly bushings, but I was looking for that. Huge improvement over the crapped out rubber ones. The B6's made everything feel way too harsh. Maybe they wouldn't have with the old rubber bushings, but I'd rather not have all the creeks and squeaks and go with a more friendly set of shocks.
