About Oz Volvo

Oz Volvo is an online forum for Volvo enthusiasts in Australia and everywhere. I built the forum in 2013 as a way to connect with fellow car nerds, share advice and commiserations, and generally talk about our hobby. The Oz Volvo forum currently has over 6,000 members and sees around 11,000 unique visitors each month. We hold regular in-person events including show'n'shines, cruises, and the annual Oz Volvo Nats (Nationals).

The Oz Volvo forum community is a positive and supportive group, and this is reflected in our events which are run by a team of enthusiastic volunteers. Although many of us own vintage cars, we can also be found tinkering around with modern and electric Volvos too!

About the Oz Volvo Nats events

Oz Volvo Nats are held in a different location each year, showcasing different parts of the country. Attendees drive in from all over the country for this 3-day event, including a social dinner, the car show, category prizes, and a sightseeing cruise around the local area.

Last year the event was held in Canberra with around 130 attendees and 67 cars, (as well as members of the public), representing every state other than the NT. We had a record turnout of Volvo 240 models, celebrating 50 years of this model.

Planning is now underway for Oz Volvo Nats 2025 in Wodonga, and there are several ways you can get involved and promote your company to attendees.

2025 Event Guide

• Dates: 5-7 September 2025
• Location: Wodonga, Victoria
• Anticipated attendees: 100-150 people

Attendees from all over the country arrive into Wodonga on Friday, and meet up for a casual dinner - sponsorship opportunities available

Cars arrive on site from 9:30am and the event runs from 10:00am – 3:30pm, followed by a social dinner in the evening. 60+ Volvos are the main event, ranging from historic P1800s, to the classic 240s and boxy 850 wagons, all the way to modern SUVs and electric Polestars. Registered attendees vote for their favourite cars in a range of categories, with the winners taking home a custom-made Oz Volvo trophy. Merch and giveaways are available, and lunch is provided for attendees – sponsorship opportunities available.

Attendees take a leisurely 90min cruise around the sights of Wodonga, with a final stop for coffee and photos before heading their separate ways back home – sponsorship opportunities available.
