Thus wanted to verify as I have seen people buy USA spec kits, import them and then try and dump them on the market after being told they cant use them

I've seen about half a dozen old V8 conversions into 200 series with engine mount brackets fitted to the chassis rails, but that may not be acceptable for new conversions post VSB14.
