I have this trim from a door I got just for the door skin. Ignore the cobwebs - the trim is in excellent condition. All the tabs on the back are intact, and the door itself had its weatherproofing plastic intact too, so this trim has not been moisture damaged.
I know the brown interiors are fairly uncommon so I thought I'd rather give someone an opportunity to take this trim than just throw it away.
Comes with door handle trim, arm rest, and window winder trim.
