Hello, I am in the final stages of doing up my mother's volvo for sale. I need a replacement dash as the odometer has stopped turning over and the speedo is unreliable - sometimes goes, sometimes does not. It'd be nice to have a working clock also. TIA

Thanks for that offer. A bit nervous about making the car inoperative without knowing more facts. Where abouts are you?

it's slightly more then yours at 267629..

it's just dusty from being in storage but wil clean up well, odometer and speedo work fine.

just confirming though, this is cable driven not sure what year they changed to electric.

$30+post buys it

@Vitchy if you're around Sydney I'll buy your old cluster. I need one and am not fazed by having to repair it.

Ok. Lots to think about. Thanks for the replies. Good to know it's repairable and that there are replacements out there. I guess we'll have to take out the dash and check it all out and get back to y'all. Cheers.

Was able to sell car as is just now, so will leave all the rest up to buyer. Not sure what group etiquette regarding archiving. Will see if I can find out how to edit or remove original post.
