This is what it looks like at the moment:
I deleted the intake resonator, and was disappointed to find it didn't increase turbo noise!
In the process I found some loose hose clamps on the intake hoses, but this hasn't fixed the CEL. I've noticed the car doesn't seem to lose any power or run differently when the CEL is on. I still haven't pulled the codes.
Currently investigating if knock sensor and o2 sensor are the same as those items I replaced on the 02 NA Foz a couple of years ago.

Minor progress tonight: Towbar is fitted, and o2 sensor replaced with one from a parts car.
The o2 sensor seems to have fixed the CEL.
It overheated today towing a trailer up Bellbird Hill, however it slowly came back down to normal after turning the heater on.

Radiator looks near new actually. I wonder if it's just too small or something. I know at least one fan works.

Installed a boost gauge. It's making 7.5 psi. Now to get it making more like 10-12.
Boost gauge and pod fitted. Will also fit a wideband when I get a new downpipe. Was running 7.5 psi.
MBC fitted. Now running 11psi. It spikes to about 12.5 before settling, not sure why.

Standard height King springs and KYB struts now installed, along with SubieLiftOz 12mm rear spacers. This raised the rear by 60mm! Also fitted a 20mm STi rear swaybar with Whiteline mounts, SuperPro end links front and rear, and Ultrex front strut brace.
In the 6+ years I've had Foresters, this is the first time I've had one sit level.
Trying to find out if a 4" thick eBay intercooler and 3" GC WRX downpipe will fit.

The led bar looks diminutive in that opening, you must get a bigger one
