Broken Rad, need to fix that first, trying to sell the TD05HRA, its too tight in there, its plausible but life and uni is eating up my time. Selling the Evo Turbo, free up some cash to mill the stock 90+ manifold, might pull the stock M8 studs out and fit some M10 studs and fit a Skyline T3 0P6 Turbo on there

Nah, not going for the J pipe, just using the stock 90+ Turbo Manifold, 0P6 is the Skyline R34 GTT Turbo, it is bigger than the ones found in R32s and R33s.

Oh ok. Never heard it refered that way, What A/R are they? I know some Rb motors had ceramic wheels which go bang at higher boost levels, is it one of them?

The 0P6 are .64 AR, yep they are the ceramic wheel one, they flow really well and are spool faster than normal ones, they do go bang at like insane high boost level, but people run them over 150,000ks even at 14psi without problems

Well, time to update this thread. End up selling the Evo Turbo to a mate's friend, but spent like 2 days putting everything into his Evo3, and now running like a treat. Now time to find a cheap 2nd hand T3 Turbo that could make good boost but doesn't break the bank

I have a spare rad at home for a 740 if you want it. Has an efan attached to it which you can also have.

I would have taken it if I live in NSW, I ordered a cheapo one from Taiwan (my friends work that, got it for 50AUD include shipping, not as dodgy as some Ebay one, its actually ok quality), and will upgrade to a full Alloy once I have money.

The company I'm liasing with for the 740 shape intercooler also does P1 and P2 intercoolers but I'm not going down that path till I have the 740 ones...

Thanks VQ , i tried to go that route with a guy on VS who was doing it a few years ago but not now. I reckon rthe quality will be fine with who you go through , they have the best equipment and do really want to make a good product. I hope you can give them a good pressure test with water to prove the design. If i was working i would have access to a proper pressure vesel tester and while not a high pressure item the test will prove the welding and components used. I could point you to a good mate over your way who is a weld inspector and has the facilities to test the units if you want? Wouldnt take long.
Would be interested in what radiators can be ade of, the palstic nd tank ones suck...

Yeah, I am thinking 17" is the max for a 940, thinking about Thethys (something like that), they look good on 940s, I think they look stockish, I am trying to find some rims that have like the centre caps that cover the bolts holes and have like +25 offset, so i could redrill them

Nope, but I have rebuilt and rotated the Turbo, port the 90+ manifold, decide to drill the block for the oil return, instead of using the one that LT sold me (which doesn't look very neat).
Funny enough, was going send you a message about opinion on Turbos for next step. I know I know, I should finish this +T before thinking about the next step.

But on your @YLD244, you are using a GT35R isn't it ? What AR exhaust housing are you using ?
