@GingerNinja - did you order yours with Luxe Steer? And are you using standard style springs?240;137115 wroteNo worries.
@robsta77 And @Major Ledfoot (and @heavy_dd if you end up being in too) - they do two different versions of the mounts, I was just going to go for the cheap ones. Do you have a preference?
I didn't get the Luxe steer bits with mine because I had to draw the $$$ line somewhere and I wanted the quick steer roll correction spacers more. I'm using modified strut tubes with smaller Eibach springs as the standard spring seats wouldn't clear wider wheels and tyres.bgpzfm142;137117 wrote@GingerNinja - did you order yours with Luxe Steer? I found him somewhat helpful, on the odd occasion he would actually respond to my messages.Ex850R;137262 wroteAsk Ben, he is very helpful.
I'd consider it in future for the Brapwagon, but unless you're trying to do something not easily accomplished with the available stock/aftermarket springs, it's just more money.GingerNinja;137245 wroteNot tempted to get the DIY coilover kit and do away with the stock springs?
I'm not sure - I'll e-mail them and see240;137294 wroteThanks James - do you know if the perches are necessary though or is that only if you get luxe steer?
Luxe steer itself doesn't change spring compatibility, you just need to buy the matching spring seats/adapters.240;137251 wroteThanks for the link Dauntless.
From the sounds of it, the luxe steer can give better performance/less wear, but doesn't actually make a difference to spring/strut compatibility, or am I reading it wrong?
I'm running DVS special springs in the front, with Bilstein B6 struts. Is it safe to assume that the "offset spherical" mount will be fine?
