Just got a custom 3" zorst with dp by castle hill exhaust and oh my goodness !

Both My S60r's have MTE Tunes done my Mark and VP Tuning.
Automatic R has stage 2 mte tune with torque limiter removal, no other mods just software.
make sure you get sparks plugs and coils done at the same time, and a transmission flush auto or manual is highly recommended.
Manual R has Stage 3 tune, TME full turbo back exhaust/TME Downpipe, Elevate intake, ipd swaybars, stoptech slotted and drilled brakes, and many other mods.
but i believe it has had some Block Work done in the past to strengthen it and handle the extra load, has been driven very hard on a daily basis by previous owner and myself, approaching 250,000k's all is well.
both cars are very fast now, manual R close to or at 400hp,
Mark does a solid job, knows his R's and is always there to help... yes you can get some online/overseas tunes which may offer more or for less money but MTE are very well knows for R tuning and they do a bloody good job i must say cars go incredible. loads or torque and power.
As Julian said, be very careful with the block, and yes they are weak points. loads of power can lead to issues. My Automatic R has some issues now after 2 years with tune.. definitely nothing against MTE or Mark, simply car being pushed harder and probably just my driving and bad luck.
turning circle is awful cant be fixed unless you maybe go down to 17" or the narrower 18" R wheels.
in terms of head unit GROM Audio make amazing kits that integrate into factory head unit plug into cd changer input, gives you ipod, bluetooth, usb, aux etc. keeps steering wheel controls and incredible sound.
i have just installed a SONY double din touch screen with apple carpplay into my AUTO R.
volvo makes a genuine double din facia kit.
avoid those bluepower systems at all cost. very overpriced, doesnt colour match with rest of dash and awful cheap OS..
