Now the original head unit is back in the car and all working . I found an auto changer and the surround for the boot but not hooked it up yet as waiting for the magazine to hold the 6 cds .
So with this in the bass and amp are redundant but i came across the wires needed through ipd , they hook up to the amp connection on the HU . The only thing is if i go that way i cant use the og amp on the car so maybe get another amp to power the car speakers as the wires from ipd are showing its capable of running 2 amps .
Yep another drunken ebay purchase the tape player , but , it has the plugs and wires as it looks like this unit may not have had an amp ....
... so that maybe helpful later on .
So bit of an update on power , 18t turbo from a member on here , plus braided hoses ..
Japanifold, been soaking in petrol for a day or so
Waiting on the pierburg , and a new actuator.
Mark from BMG to the rescue for the front calipers, new f&r discs and pads also on the way , busy busy .
Wheels and tires came up good me thinks .....
