Swirl flaps, egr, split turbo hose, lift pump are all possibilties. Anyway you can get the fault codes out of it?

Is this it , that the large pipe is connected to ?

yes under the wiring with the plug at the bottom

make sure you scan first if able too

Few teeth missing , problem solved

mostly happens from lack of maintenance on egr /throttle cleaning , by the looks it has been getting into the housing as well.

Egr pipe work was super clean
