They're very similar rates to the BC's I have in my car. 400lb (7kg) front, 336lb (6kg) rear. With the 23mm sway bar in the rear and the stock 21mm in the front, the car is very very smooth to slide, providing the roads are smooth as well. You will get axle hop on bumpier roads. It grips really well with semi slicks providing the roads are smooth. On bumpier roads you will bounce.
I daily drive the car everyday and it can be tedious on shitty roads going slow, but it's very bearable.
@ljk346 'race car stiff' depends on a heap of factors. 300lb in the rear would be suited for a grip car running really sticky slicks on a smooth sweeping circuit, but would be way too much in a different circumstance (bumpier roads, less grippy tyres). I highly recommend asking Ash Davies about suspension setups.
