So after removing cams and inspecting components all looked ok, so time to seat injectors and remove glow plugs to pressurize each cylinder with pistons at the same height. Four cylinders holding nicely but one down at least 40%, air not going past valves but back into sump and blowing out dipstick, Mmmm maybe time to put together and move it on as to me we have a bore or piston/ ring problem.
