Drain looks ok. It will leak, but so does every other option one way or another, you will need to make it as high as possible on the sump though.

It will not leak if you use the correct sealant.

My welded pan never leaked. I just took it to an aluminium welder with a piece of 1/2" pipe and asked them to weld it as high as possible. Then I took the whole kit with the pipe welded on to Pirtek and had them braze on a barb. Ran that for like 5 years and didnt have one leak. Worked mad and was pretty easy and cheap.

Yep, plenty of industrial jobs I see use stuff that never leaks under extreme use.
Just get the right one to suit. Buy good brand and off you go.

Im little confused on what AMM I should run, the one already in my car? or something else from a turbo 740.

The AMM is usually tied to the EMS, so if you're going from LH 2.2 to turbo 2.2, you can re-use your current one, but if you were going from 2.2 to 2.4 you would have to use a different one.

So a little update if you want. My injectors got sent to the wrong person who was also buying parts from the seller so that's being reposted to me so I guess that will slow down progress. I would love a boosted 240 even if it only ran 6-8 psi would still be fun to drive and can still enjoy the glorious turbo red block sound but I think ill abandon mission since I dont really have the time to do a harness swap and the EZK stuff since its my only car and my daily. I think ill sell the 240 and wait for a nice 740 turbo to pop up or a cheap NA 740 and boost that. Or get an 850 T5 although that scares me a bit as they seem to be a problem car and much more complex than a good ol redblock.

Just do a proper ad, perhaps update the one with the Carsales link in it and leave the link at the bottom.
Regardless, if its priced well it should sell quickly enough.
