Bear:You will laugh when I tell you that I recalculated my figures for the yearly commute and I'm at around 6,000km, so on the odd year I would be stretching myself to 10,000km.
Moojie: I fee what you are going through as I'm still going through my search!! :) I guess we want a nice and safe vehicle, along with a maintenance plan that won't destroy us!!

V8 for sure of so little km
morgan
Just buy the car you want , they all require maintenance of some type
Moojie
What are the main issues you get with the V8's? i saw one on car sales that has done 133k (2009) and had a tranny rebuild, is this common?

@bigal , i think
@morgan might be right. No matter which way we go, there are going to issues one kind or another at some stage. After all it's a 2nd hand car. Buy within your means and allow for repairs at some stage.

This one has caught my interest, have requested more info and pics on it though. Nice price for low Kms though.

I have to clear my garage for it now! All of the wife and kids precious items have to go, so at least if I'm in the dog house, I can sleep in the car :)

I know! I was only joking!! I think I've gotten myself into a comfortable place after everyone's great advice on the forums.
I did stray towards the Kluger after my first purchase fell through. I jumped on their forums and asked a similar question, and I must say, that I didn't get even an ounce of the what I saw on these forums! Thanks for looking out for me, and making sure I stayed on the right track!
