Not yet, but I'll get the RS ECU enclosure and the vacuum pipe as well. I'll probably need the RS battery box too.

The battery box is AFAIK the same part, on the volvo side of things the battery box never needs to be touched to convert to the RS intake setup

I'll have another look. My understanding was that to run the RS airbox, the battery needs to move back.

RWC will have to wait as I found out today that the Vocus can go in on Tuesday for bodywork. :)
So, I guess now it'll go for RWC when its back from bodywork.

The bumpers and bonnet wont get done but the rest will.
The rear bumper will be swapped over for an LV rear bumper and the bonnet will need some holes cut in it (post RWC) before it gets painted.

The Vocus has returned!
It's back from panel beating and while it badly needs a wash and a polish of the panels that werent touched, it is looking good!

They did manage to scratch one of my freshly refurbed wheels though - looks like something has bumped into it.
A little annoying, but no big deal.

That's the problem with fresh wheels things jump out at them had to take one of mine back to be redone after a kerb jumped at it :(

Big dent in the LR quarter repaired, some spot-repairs to both rear doors done as well.

The bonnet and the LF guard still need to be painted. I have another rear bar to swap over and a LH skirt.
Not sure yet if I'll have the front bar repaired or replace it. I'll have a better look when I have it off the car.

The Vocus is booked in next week for a RWC.
Adjustable rear toe-arms arrived for it yesterday and I've done nothing further on it as I just have too much on at the moment. :(

I don't holiday well. I literally would lose my mind lazing by a pool.
I'm gearing up for a little break at the moment for when #2 arrives - though, what that means is that I'll just work more from home.

Ha! It's like the floor coating guys I talked to at a dairy plant rebuild , they get two extra weeks holiday but don't go cause they get withdrawal symptoms 2 days into the holiday.... withdrawalfrom the floor coating chemicals!

I've got heaps on at the moment so just couldn't get out to Berrys to get the RWC on the Focus done, so ended up doing it locally at a place that is walking distance from home.

While not too painful, you do get to appreciate the likes of the Berrys crew a bit more - as they're not looking for things they can potentially make money from (that may not be necessary)

Anyway, no major issues and its all done so I can do the rego transfer when i get a chance in the next week or so.

I have a few little dramas, suspension-wise, to deal with in that the Heico/KW front coilovers I have used the wrong size spring for the adjustable mounts I want to use, so just trying to work out how to get over that.

My preference (up front) is to use a standard 2.5" ID coilover spring (which will work with the adjustable mount) as they're available in more rate variations, easier to source, etc.
I really just need to spend some time with everything on the bench and work through it all.

I'll do the rear bar replacement next. Moving from the damaged LT XR5 rear bumper to a nice, new, shiny LV XR5 rear bumper. To do that, I need to get hold of the bulb sockets from an LV and make up some extensions for the loom.
No real big deal, again, just a little time consuming.

The list is still pretty long though.

No, but I will replace it with either GGR or Hardrace or possibly a Mountune one.
We offer both GGR and Hardrace options but Mountune ones often come up in Focus circles when people put cars back to stock before sale, so sometimes its worth checking out who is getting rid of what first.

Nearly everyone on the locust forums im on are switching to the ford part as its $60 and looks stock and works better than most of the aftermarket options that are 3x+ the price

There are some pretty ordinary ones out there, even from reputable brands - its a good demonstration that a higher shore of a bush is not necessarily better and that there are places where you actually do need some level of compliance.
We also do Ford genuine parts, so if you're set on that specific mount for yours, we'll be able to do some decent pricing too.
