I had one on the go about 2 weeks ago with 81000ks one owner, but sale fell a part, it was approx $6300 for the car and $5700 for import/shipping but it has to be older than 1989 january built

Indeed - the build date has to be December 1988 or earlier in order to get an import approval. This one came from Canada via the US, and it seems like I got a very good price for shipping.
