Thanks for the offer, but I don't think we could live in your shed...

I thought I had spotted them on ebay or gumtree and figured that me be the case.. What are your plans now.Raebird;13178 wroteafter driving the 360 on the road I have established that the wheels are far too silly and would require more body mods to work successfully.
Yeah threw them on gumtree, will be going to 14x8's hopefully, however I have also found an overheating problem whilst flogging the ring out of it so I have to sort that out and there are a few other small problems that need attention. So, I will sort them out first and just throw the standard alloys back on for now untill such time as I can purchase the new set of alloys.
Which will look like this:

Supplemental efan will be dead, bet ya. Switch to a full efan or add a pusher instead.
@egads already has twin thermo fans, the coolant reservoir is cracked around the mounting bolt hole, I think that is the problem.
That'll do it. Black cap or white cap?
I'm pretty sure it's grey... But I could be wrong, I haven't looked at it since last Friday as we have been busy packing and moving house...
Faded black maybe? Anyway, check it is a 75kpa one.
I hear Voilv-Rek has squirter blocks , give Mark a call.
Thanks for the info @ex850r
I think i saw an off hand comment that the dude with the built 242gt just got the squirter kit, i can't find his thread at the moment though.
I think his post is in the projects thread, I will have a look for it.
Its BMW squiters from which model??
Or can other cheaper to get ones do the job , like Ford maybe. You know how Beemer wreckers gold plate their parts.....

I do have some squirter nozzles from an international truck engine in the top of my toolbox, I wonder if they would work in a red block?
Arent they just a metal tube squashed on the end and a clamp anyway?? Ye could make em , try em out with water and hydraulics shops have clamps or they are brake line clamps .
You can buy them cheaply from the US... Truck ones are about m10 size or bigger, these ones are like m6...

Been a while since I have updated this thread, but I have received the engine brackets from @angus242164 (thanks mate) needed to install the poly engine mounts, will not have a chance to fit them untill hopefully the weekend after next as I'm in the middle of moving house and doing a trip to stanthorpe for the 2nd round of the stadium drift series this weekend.
Still yet to sort out the coolant reservoir and radiator hoses and I have also noticed a slight oil leak whilst it has been sitting, possibly from the crank seal (unconfirmed), if that is the case I might aswell fit the timing belt kit I have collecting dust and also fit the 'K' camshaft I have.
I will endeavour to take pictures when I do get to work on it, but there is a slight (likely) chance I will forget.

Rolling on the new wheels yet?
Not yet, I'm having trouble deciding what to do now as nobody really seems interested in buying the steel wheels, I may try a smaller tyre on the rear and hopefully it doesn't scrub, otherwise I will just go back to standard wheels untill I can make up my mind what to do...
